A few months back I shared a video on how to make your own matte lipstick. Today, I’m sharing a lipstick hack that will let you turn any of your lipsticks into a metallic lipstick!
All you need is a lipstick you already own and a metallic eyeshadow. In the video below, I used 3 different lipsticks as an example. I used an ultra matte, satin, and a matte velvet. For the eyeshadow, I used a similar shade or a shade that I thought would compliment the lip color.
If you don’t choose an eyeshadow shade close to the shade of the lipstick, then keep in mind it will change the color just a bit. The good thing about this is that you can customize and create new shades every time!
