Another show I attended during NYFW was ICB by Prabal Gurung. You may have been hearing a little more about Prabal Gurung due to his recent collaboration with Target and the launch of of Prabal Gurung for Target Collection, but he was also enlisted by ICB, a Japanese label that has not been sold in the United States for 10 years, to revive the ICB brand.
