Valentine's Day Makeup: Hot Pink Eye Shadow

When you think of Valentine’s Day you either think of pink, or red… so of course I had to do a pink themed makeup look. I did however, go with more of a “punk” look rather than a “romantic” look, so this would definitely be a fun look for a night out with the girls. One of the fun parts of this look is that you really only see hot pink eye shadow when you look down, or close your eyes. When your eyes are open, it’s a bit of a softer pink look.

To compliment the hot pink eye shadow, I added a touch of purple (instead of black) on the water line… which also helped soften up the look. I also went with a pink gloss to let the eye be the main focal point of the look, but it still had a little bit of a hot pink tint to it so that it all tied in together.
