The 4th and final day of Houston Fashion week brought back designer Cesar Galindo. This time he showed his ROJO line, which is made up of only red dresses created for World Aids Day with all proceeds going to charity. Next up was Bibhu Monhapatra followed by Robert Rodriguez.
