The original recipe, the Cinnamosa, calls for cinnamon whiskey but I used regular whiskey and it tasted great.
- sparkling wine (I used Freixenet)
- cinnamon whiskey, or regular whiskey
- blood orange juice
Pour 1.5 oz of whiskey in a glass, followed by 1 oz of blood orange juice. Top glass with 3 oz of sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange peel and rosemary.
