Next week, I will be headed up to Montreal for the Canadian Formula 1 Grand Prix. It will be my first time in Montreal and I’m excited to explore the city. I hear it’s beautiful, and can’t wait to check out old town Montreal!
As you know, I’ve been to some other Formula 1 races the past couple of years. Every year I go to the one in Austin but I have also been to the one in Monaco. I am taking the same approach as I have before and going for a casual, yet put together, look. Note: Be sure to check out the, What to Wear to the Austin Formula 1 Grand Prix, post.
There will be plenty of walking being done as we make our way through the facilities. Especially since I want to explore the fan zone and all that the track has to offer. For that reason, I will be wearing my ‘New Ace’ Gucci sneakers. I’ve had these for two years and can honestly say they are very comfortable! I definitely don’t want to wear a new shoe and not know how they’ll feel after doing quite a bit of walking.
I am a Ferrari fan so of course I have to wear the red! I’ve decided to go with a simple red tee and paring it with a pair of Old Navy Rockstar skinny jeans. These are one of my favorites styles of denim. If you haven’t tried them before, I recommend you give them a shot.
The temperatures in the morning when we leave for the track will probably be a bit chilly so I want to make sure I have a light jacket. I ordered this white denim jacket, which had great reviews! I did think about going the denim on denim route with this jacket, but preferred white instead. This way, it breaks things up a bit.
It is very crowded at these events and the less you have to carry around the better. I do not recommend taking a large bag! I plan on vlogging that day so I want to keep my hands free for my camera. A belt bag or crossbody is the perfect bag to carry. All I need is my card holder, phone, and lip gloss.
That’s what I will be wearing to the Canadian Grand Prix. I can’t wait to come back and share with you the pictures, and vlog from my time in Montreal! Have you been to Montreal before?
